Honest boundaries are a core part of how FitrahWorks operates. If your needs fall outside the scope of this service, you will be told directly — and where possible, pointed towards something more appropriate.

When another service is more appropriate

These situations require specialist care that FitrahWorks is not qualified or equipped to provide. Please use the contacts below rather than booking a session.

Mental health emergency or suicidal crisis

Active psychiatric condition requiring clinical treatment

Speak to your GP or a registered psychiatrist or psychotherapist.

Domestic abuse or coercive control

Contact Women's Aid (0808 2000 247), Refuge or the police.

Severe trauma requiring clinical processing

A registered trauma therapist or clinical psychologist is more appropriate.

Legal or financial advice

Contact a qualified solicitor or independent financial adviser.

Islamic rulings or fatwa

Consult a qualified and trusted Islamic scholar.

Medical diagnosis or prescription

Contact your GP.
